Club Aliga (Balatonvilágos settlement in Somogy county)

Club Aliga is located on an area of 47 hectares and is part of Balatonvilágos settlement in Somogy county at the south-eastern corner of Lake Balaton, about 80-90 kilometres away from Budapest. As a former resort of the Hungarian communist party, some of its buildings were built in the 1960’s, but after the regime change, without maintenance it slowly started to fall apart. The key assets of this property are its marina area and the 2 kilometres wide shore, which could turn Club Aliga into one of the most frequented resorts in Hungary due to its great location, but it calls for a full reconstruction. Appeninn treats the reconstruction of Club Aliga as a special project and intends to make Club Aliga one of the centers of tourism at Lake Balaton.
Balatonfüred (Veszprém county)

The harbor of Balatonfüred takes place on 2 hectares of land area. It is located at the north-eastern corner of Lake Balaton near the Tihany peninsula. 173 ships can be stored in the marina throughout the year. At Lake Balaton sailing is one of the most popular sports, there are numerous sailing competitions such as Kékszalag, therefore a modern service infrastructure is needed. With the reconstruction, Appeninn intends to make Balatonfüred the center to the shipping life of Lake Balaton and after the developments, it can be one of the main marinas with the best infrastructure.
