Following the successful closing of the transaction, the office building on Montevideo Street, which the real estate company signed a sales contract to purchase at the end of January, has officially become part of the portfolio of Appeninn Nyrt. With the acquisition of the property, the company's portfolio in this segment has grown by more than 6,000 sqm of rentable office space. The acquisition is an integral part of the real estate company's strategy to expand its real estate portfolio with quality properties.


The company expanded its portfolio with a high-value office building

Appeninn Nyrt. has closed the transaction for the acquisition of a modern office building in a prominent location in the III. district. In January, the company signed a sales contract for the purchase of the office building on Montevideo Street, which covers more than 6,000 square metres. With the closing of the transaction, Appeninn's portfolio in this category has increased by about 20 percent. The acquired property has significant revenue-generating potential due to its excellent location and will provide the Group with a stable source of income in the long term.

Real estate acquisitions are one of the pillars of Appeninn Plc's growth strategy: the transaction just closed was the first step in this construction. In the future, the portfolio clean-up launched by the listed company to sell properties outside the company's focus areas will also serve to expand the quality of its real estate portfolio.
