Appeninn Asset Management Holding Plc has expanded its portfolio with another acquisition: the company has acquired the Goodyear logistics centre in Tarn\u00f3w, Poland, through its Polish subsidiary 100%, according to a company statement.<\/p>\n
In the transaction, Appeninn Project-TRNW acquired a 100% stake in the three phases of development,\u00a0with a total of 56 343 square metres of net lettable area<\/strong>\u00a0in a logistics centre. The property is leased to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A. on a long-term exclusive lease with an option to extend.<\/p>\n The centre is located in the immediate vicinity of one of Goodyear's largest tyre manufacturing plants in Europe, close to Poland's A4 motorway, one of the region's most important east-west transport corridors.<\/p>\n \"With this acquisition, we are adding a high-quality, stable cash-flow generating asset to our regional portfolio.
