Appeninn Asset Management Holding Plc has expanded its portfolio with another acquisition: the company has acquired the Goodyear logistics centre in Tarnów, Poland, through its Polish subsidiary 100%, according to a company statement.
In the transaction, Appeninn Project-TRNW acquired a 100% stake in the three phases of development, with a total of 56 343 square metres of net lettable area in a logistics centre. The property is leased to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A. on a long-term exclusive lease with an option to extend.
The centre is located in the immediate vicinity of one of Goodyear's largest tyre manufacturing plants in Europe, close to Poland's A4 motorway, one of the region's most important east-west transport corridors.
"With this acquisition, we are adding a high-quality, stable cash-flow generating asset to our regional portfolio. The transaction is an important milestone in our diversification strategy: it strengthens both our international presence and the long-term income generating capacity of our real estate portfolio." - emphasized Györgyi Szűcs, CEO of Appeninn Vagyonkezelő Holding Nyrt.
Purchase of the logistics centre Appeninn's second investment in Poland, following the acquisition of the Wiśniowy Business Park office complex in Warsaw in 2023.
