There are office buildings and retail units amongst the let out properties. A part of the agreements are extensions of previously made contracts, but there is also a new tenant, which is one of the leading media companies in Hungary.
The tenants operate in different sectors: including public administration organisations, credit institutions as well as a media company and a large retail corporation. The terms and conditions of the lease agreements are more beneficial, and will generate all together 16 percent more revenues for the company. As a result of the concluded and the extended agreements (by 5-10 years), the let out properties will generate stable and predictable revenues for the company in the coming years.
